Firstly, this paper discusses design overview of complex degrees of freedom rotation digital sign; secondly, the three degrees of freedom rotation digital sign is as an example to talk about the design and implementation of control system, including personal computer, CAN Communication protocol, and adaptive speed control program of the next-bit machine; finally, the paper explains the rotating digital sign application with complex degrees of freedom.
