中韩高校棒球队运行机制的比较研究

here have been over 100 years when baseball game spread into China. However, the limited condition made it grow slowly in colleges. On the contrary, in another Asian country--Korean, it has been rather popular in colleges and the development and operating mechanism is being perfect. This thesis will make a comparative analysis of the operating mechanism in college baseball teams between China and Korea, and summarize the advantages of Korean baseball mechanism, with the method of document analysis, questionnaire, and expert interview, to provide experience to our college baseball team for reference.
