在石油炼制过程中,原油中的有害物质会造成炼油设备的一系列腐蚀问题。炼油装置循环水系统的铁氧化菌(IOB)和硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)造成的微生物腐蚀就是典型的损伤失效之一。微生物腐蚀(MIC)往往造成设备或管道腐蚀穿孔,引起工艺介质泄漏甚至爆炸等事故。本文针对循环水系统中"IOB+SRB+NaCl+H2O"多元腐蚀体系,采用电化学测试和微观表面形貌分析对其腐蚀行为进行实验研究。建立了微生物点蚀形态发生和早期损伤演变的数学模型,该模型可以较好的描述系统的自催化促进和自催化抑制演化过程,理论分析和matlab计算表明,数学模型及其数值计算结果符合实际。研究结果对揭示微生物腐蚀演化机理、控制冷却水系统的微生物腐蚀等都具有重要意义。

In this paper,some harmful substances contained in the oil will cause series of corrosion damage in oil refining equipment or pipelines, corrosion failure of equipment may lead to major environmental pollution and fatal accidents. Therefore, the study of corrosion mechanisms and research of anticorrosion technology are very important. In petrochemical industry, microbially influenced corrosion(MIC) is one of a major failure mode in refinery water circulation units. Microbiological induced corrosion is caused mainly by Iron-Oxidizing Bacteria (IOB) and Sulphate-Reducing Bacteria (SRB). The complexity of these substances lead to the interaction of multiple corrosive substances, which causes the investigation of corrosion problems to be very difficult. Focuse on "IOB+SRB+NaCl+H2O" multimedia corrosion solution, electrochemical tests and surface topography were utilized to study the corrosion behaviors. Experimental results show that the corrosion rate of 316L stainless steel increased orderly in IOB, SRB, IOB+SRB and IOB+SRB solution. Then, based on coupling characteristics of the mutlimedia corrosion behavior and Hydra model, a mathematical model was established to explain the evolution of autocatalytic acceleration and inhabitation, the results of theoretic research and numerial simulation show the calculation results based on the model have a good agreement with the experimental results.
