湖南省业余排球运动开展现状分析及对策研究

本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法，通过对参加湖南省首届业余排球联赛的运动员从事排球运动的情况进行的调查分析，从场地设施、参与动机和经费等方面对湖南省业余排球运动开展的情况进行了研究，结果表明，在湖南省业余排球运动爱好者的群体中，青年和中青年群体对排球运动的参与明显多于其他年龄段，反映着体育活动在他们生活中的占据着一定的比例；体育教师并不是排球运动参与的“当然主体”，而接受系统训练、体育专业的业余爱好者占绝大多数反映着我国从事排球运动的群体在体育文化与技术传播上的作用上还需要进一步加强；学校排球室和排球俱乐部是他们进行排球活动的主要场所，社区排球场所则是业余排球爱好者参与该项目的一个新领域，反映着体育活动区域拓展的一个新动向。本文同时提出了个人的对策，以期推动业余排球运动的不断发展，为大众体育的可持续发展提供参考的依据。
With the methods of questionnaire,documentary and statistics,this essay mainly made a research on the current condition about athlete who take a part in the extracurricular volleyball league matches for the first time in hunan province .The study shows that this sports group has three characters:from the age character,the medium-old pesonality is the main part;from their job chatacter,non-PE teachers are the main part;the clubs on campus hare the main places for them to take part in the amateur volleyball game but the other places in morden community become a new trend for them.The essay also gives some advices to develop the amateur volleyball and provide help for further development of Mass Sports .
