OBE-CDIO理念下医学信息管理人才创新实践能力培养路径构建研究
Research on the Construction of Cultivation Path of Innovative Practical Ability of Medical Information Management Talents under the Concept of OBE-CDIO
目的/意义 针对目前医学信息管理人才创新实践能力培养中创新实践能力培养计划不明、能力培养效果评价体系不健全等问题，构建创新实践能力培养路径。方法/过程 基于OBE成果导向理念，分析医学信息管理行业人才需求，明确能力培养目标。融合CDIO反向设计能力培养主线，构建能力培养路径，包括优化培养计划、打造“双师型”教学团队、完善创新实践平台和实践实习基地建设、健全能力考核评价体系等内容。结果/结论 最终形成完整规范、可持续改进的创新实践能力培养路径，以期实现医学信息管理人才创新实践能力的有效培养。
Purpose/Significance To construct innovative practice ability cultivation paths in response to the current problems of unknown innovative practice ability cultivation program and unsound ability cultivation effect evaluation system in the cultivation of innovative practice ability of medical information management talents. Method/Process Based on the OBE result-oriented concept, analyze the talent demand of medical information management industry and clarify the ability cultivation goal. Integrate CDIO reverse design with the main line of competence cultivation, and construct the path of competence cultivation, including optimizing the cultivation plan, creating a “dual-teacher” teaching team, perfecting the construction of innovation and practice platforms and practice bases, and improving the competence assessment and evaluation system. Result/Conclusion A complete, standardized and sustainable innovation and practice ability cultivation path is finally formed to realize the effective cultivation of innovation and practice ability of medical information management talents.
