调压阀生产过程关键参数计算与基于CFD的流场分析
Key parameters calculation and flow field analysis base on CFD of pressure regulating valve production process
气井高压集输工艺流程中,对生产压力的控制至关重要。对井场来气的压力调节,通过调压阀实现。调压阀的计算是确保生产效果的重要环节。本文根据现场调研生产参数和热力学理论,计算状态变换过程中的压力、温度关系和水合物生成。在此基础上,完成基于CFD的流场数值计算,直观的显示了调压阀内部流场分布情况,反映调压阀工作过程的变化规律。包括调压阀出口处的速度分布、压力分布、温度分布。数值计算结果可为调压阀预防天然气水合物的生成及调压阀的设计提供有益参考。
It is essential of production pressure control during the process of high-pressure gas gathering and transportation. The pressure regulating is achieved through constant pressure valve. The calculation of pressure regulating valve is the important part of ensuring production effect. Based on the field test parameters and thermodynamic theory,this article calculates pressure, temperature and hydrate formation during transformation process. On this basis, it completes flow field numerical calculation based on CFD. The result visually displays internal flow field distribution. It also reflects the variation rule of regulating valve working process, such as the velocity, pressure, and temperature distribution at the valve outlet. The numerical calculation results provide useful references to the prevention of hydrate formation and the optimization design of regulating pressure valve.
