Fe基磁性活性炭吸附亚甲基蓝性能研究
Preparation of Iron-Based Magnetic Activated Carbon and Removal Performance of Methylene Blue
以废次金银花叶为原料,采用原位掺铁法制备Fe基磁性活性炭(MAC)。运用BET、XRD和VSM分析技术表征MAC的物相结构及磁性能,考察MAC投加量、溶液初始浓度、温度以及吸附时间对亚甲基蓝吸附性能的影响,并解析MAC吸附亚甲基蓝的动力学和热力学机理。结果表明,原位掺铁法制备活性炭磁化物负载明显,其孔径为2.83nm,比表面积为410.03m2/g,饱和磁化强度为2.889emu/g,表现出良好磁性能;投加0.2gMAC对初始浓度为100mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液于40℃吸附240min后,吸附率达到97.93%;MAC对亚甲基蓝的吸附既有物理吸附,也有化学吸附,并满足Lagergren方程的准一级吸附动力学特征。
Magnetic activated carbon (MAC) had been in-situ prepared from the waste lonicera leaves after extracting chlorogenic acid with microbial enzymatic. Surface properties and structure of the activated carbon were characterized by N2 adsorption isotherm and FTIR, and magnetic properties of them were determined by VSM. The absorption of MAC was examined by calculated the removal rate of methylene blue too. The results showed that specific surface area of the MAC was 410.03m2/g, average pore size was 2.83nm and the saturation magnetization intensity was 2.889 emu/g. It had excellent magnetic properties and it was not difficult to be separated and recycled. Under optimized conditions of temperature 40℃, MAC dosage of 0.2g, the removal rate of methylene blue attained 97.93% after 240min.Both physical and chemical adsorption were exist in the process of adsorption. And the adsorption kinetics was fitted well by Lagergren equation.?????
