市场经济条件下政府管理体育职能的研究
Functional Study on Government Managing Sports under the Market Economic Condition
通过查阅文献、问卷调查及专家访谈，从管理学角度对政府管理体育的职能进行了分析，提出在由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转轨的过程中，政府管理体育的职能主要应体现在宏观调控、弥补市场缺陷和提供共享品方面。
By the literature,consulting and questionnaire,the authors analyze the function of government managing sports from the view of management, and find that the function of government managing sports should expressed in the sides of macro-regulation,remedying economic defect and supplying the sharing resources,when the transforming from the plan economic system to the market economic system.
