肾脏纤维化生物标志物的研究进展
Research progress of biomarkers for renal fibrosis
肾脏纤维化是慢性肾脏疾病发展至终末期肾病的关键病理过程,其特征包括肾小管萎缩和肾间质纤维化。早期识别和干预肾脏纤维化对于延缓慢性肾脏疾病的进展至关重要。传统的诊断方法如血液中的肌酐和尿素氮指标以及肾脏组织活检存在局限性,因此,寻找有效、无创、敏感的生物标志物至关重要。本文重点探讨了无创、敏感且特异的生物标志物,包括基因标志物与蛋白标志物,以求为肾脏纤维化的临床诊治提供帮助。
Renal fibrosis is a key pathological process in the progression of CKD to ESRD. It is characterized by tubular atrophy and renal interstitial fibrosis.Early identification and intervention of renal fibrosis is essential to delay the progression of CKD.Traditional diagnostic methods such as creatinine and urea nitrogen indicators in the blood and kidney tissue biopsy have limitations,so it is essential to find effective, non-invasive, sensitive biomarkers.This paper focuses on non-invasive, sensitive and specific biomarkers, including gene markers and protein markers, in order to provide help for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of renal fibrosis.
