摘要从张仲景《金匮要略》“血不利则为水”观点出发,基于该理论所体现的“气”“血”“水”三者关系,探讨该理论在肺结节治疗中的指导作用。罗胜教授认为肺结节的主要病机就是气、血、水的输布代谢障碍,肺络阻塞,气血失于和顺,故结而成块,与仲景之思高度契合,治疗上,以气血水同治为法,每获良效。本文介绍罗胜教授基于“血不利则为水”理论从气血水论治肺结节的经验,并附验案1则。

Starting from the viewpoint of Zhang Zhongjings “Jin Gui Yao Lue” that “unsmooth blood circulation results in water retention”, based on the relationship between “Qi”, “Blood” and “fluids” embodied in the theory, to explore the guiding role of this theory in the treatment of pulmonary nodules. The main manifestation of pulmonary nodules is “blood disease”, and its pathogenesis is also closely related to “qi disease” and “water disease”. Professor Luo Sheng believes that the main mechanism of pulmonary nodules is the metabolic disorder of qi, blood and water transmission and distribution, obstruction of the lung channels, and the loss of harmony between qi and blood, so the nodules are formed. In the treatment, we inherited Zhang Zhongjings academic thought and in clinic, qi, blood and water can be treated together to obtain good curative effect. This article introduces the experiences of Professor Luo Shengs application of “Unsmooth Blood Circulation Resulting in Water Retention”in medication, and one case of palpitations was provided.
