高校定向越野运动员赛前训练的身体机能评定指标研究

为寻找和探索高校定向越野运动员赛前训练过程中机能评定指标体系,分别对9名参加湖南省定向越野锦标赛的运动员赛前训练过程中生理生化指标进行检测和分析。结果:1)定向越野运动训练过程中,血液中红细胞压积(HCT)、血红蛋白(HB)和红细胞计数(Rbc)的值变化不显著。2)血清中尿素氮(BUN)变化趋势是先升后降。3)血氨(BA)发生了显著的变化,出现了先升高后降低的变化趋势。4)最大摄氧量(VO2max)明显升高。结论:血液中HCT、HB、和Rbc对评定定向运动员赛前身体机能水平不具有特异性;血清中BUN能很好的评定赛前训练过程中定向越野运动员的身体机能水平;BA能够精确地评价运动员的机体机能状态;此次赛前训练过程中,运动员的VO2max明显升高,说明此次训练计划的安排合理。

In order to find and explore the index system of functional evaluation in pre-competition training of university orienteering athletes, the psysiological and biochemical index of nine athletes who attend orient cross-country tournament of HuNan provinence is examined and measured in the process of pre-competition tiaining. Results:1)In the training process of orient cross-country sport,the dhange of HCT、HB and Rbc is not so apparent.2)The change trendency of BUN in the athletes’ serum is significantly different.It rises first and decreases later.3)Ammonia (BA) have taken place in a significant change, there has been increased after the first change in the trend of lowering. 4)The athletes’s maximal oxygen uptaking increases dramatically.Conclusion: The HCT、HBand Rbc in blood are not with the specificity in evaluating the athletes’ physical function;The BUN in the athletes’ xerum can accurately evaluate their physical function in the process of pre-competition training;BA to precisely evaluate the functional state of the body of athletes;The anthor’s maximal oxygen uptaking increases significantly. It showed that the training plan is reasonable.
