目的:设计瑜伽结合健美操的运动处方,进行实验研究为女大学生健身提供建议和指明方向。方法:以中南大学健身志愿者20名女大学生为实验对象,依据循序渐进的原则进行为期3个月、隔天1次的瑜伽与健美操练习,采用靶心率控制运动负荷强度;在运动处方实施前后对心肺功能、身体素质、身体形态等各项体质健康指标进行测试,并在运动后进行问卷调查,全面评价实验对象的身心健康水平。结果:运动处方实施前后女大学生的体重、围度、BMI等指标下降;安静心率降低,台阶指数、肺活量、肺活量体重指数升高; 柔韧素质及速度和力量素质都有明显的提高;大部分女大学生的自信心、睡眠质量与饮食等均得到改善。结论:瑜伽与健美操运动处方能消耗体内多余脂肪,增强女大学生的身体素质,改善身体成分与身体形态,提高心肺功能水平,全面促进女大学生体质健康水平的发展与提高。

Objective: To design combine yoga with aerobics exercise prescription for the experimental study of female college student fitness to provide advice and direction. Methods: 20 volunteers, Central South University, fitness female college students as experimental objects, based on the principle of gradual period of 3 months, the next day a meeting of yoga and aerobics exercises, using target heart rate control exercise load intensity; in exercise prescription before and after the implementation right heart and lung function, physical fitness, body shape, and other physical health indicators test, and after exercise conducted a questionnaire survey, a comprehensive assessment of physical and mental health subjects. Results: The exercise prescription for female students before and after the weight, circumference, BMI and other indicators of decline; quiet heart rate reduction, step index, lung capacity, vital capacity, increased body mass index; flexibility, quality and speed and strength have significantly improved the quality; most of the women students self-confidence, sleep quality and food Dengjun be improved. Conclusion: The Yoga and Aerobics exercise prescription can consume excess body fat, enhance the physical quality of female university students, improve body composition and body shape, improve heart and lung function level and fully promote the physical health of female university students level of development and improvement.
