环境振动对光栅拼接装置稳定性影响分析

光栅拼接装置的稳定性主要受环境振动、温度瞬变和其它偶然现象等影响,其中环境振动是影响拼接装置稳定性的主要因素。由于振动激励来源复杂,为明确影响光栅拼接稳定性的主要环境振动因素,本文采用多通道微振动测试仪器对实验场地的环境振动载荷进行测量,并对载荷信号进行HHT处理,得到不同频率的分离信号。然后以其功率谱密度为激励,对光栅拼接装置做随机振动分析,得到相应激励的响应。分析表明,该装置在开空调工况中绕X轴旋转角为0.7758微弧度、绕Y轴旋转角为0.2506微弧度,满足稳定性要求。

In this paper the stability of tiled-grating was studied, which was affected by the ambient vibration, temperature transient, contingency factors, etc. Ambient vibration is the main factor which influences the stability of tiled-grating. There are various excitations exist in target range, in order to identify main factor of the tiled-grating stability from ambient vibration, the ambient vibration measured in target area by using multi-channel micro vibration measurement equipment. The PSD of ambient vibration is gotten and separated by analysing vibration signal, which is considered as excitation and then the response was achieved by analyzing random vibration. The result indicated that the tip and tilt of tiled-grating are 0.7758 urad and 0.2506 urad respectively under the HVAC worked, which meets the stability requirements of tiled-grating.
