立足于传统的单模态知识图谱构建方法,提出一种基于医学社交媒体数据的多模态知识图谱构建方法。综合性运用语义关联、词频统计、情感分析、视觉实体识别等技术,对医学社交媒体数据中的多模态知识进行归纳和提取,提炼出领域知识、文本知识和视觉知识三大类模态信息,并建立现有医学本体与这三大模态知识之间的语义关联,提高知识图谱的完整性和智能性。多模态知识融合,有效提高医学专家系统的智能性。
A multi-modal knowledge graph construction method is proposed based on medical social media data. By using semantic association, word frequency statistics, sentiment analysis, visual entity recognition and other technologies, this paper analyzes and summarized multi-modal knowledge from medical social media data, extracts three categories of modal information including domain knowledge, text knowledge and visual knowledge, and then establishes semantic association between the existing ontology and these three categories of modal knowledge to improve the integrity and intelligence of the knowledge graph. Multi-modal knowledge fusion lays a foundation to effectively improve the intelligence of medical expert system.
