结合高强度训练的高海拔抗缺氧训练研究
Study of Anti-Hypoxia Training and High Intensive Training Method
高海拔低氧环境将降低人的工作能力,其最主要的影响是缺氧抑制了神经和肌肉的功能,降低记忆、认知能力、智力和运动能力。通过体能训练提高神经和肌肉对缺氧的耐受性,促进在高海拔维持更高的工作能力,是一种有效的解决方案。经研究比较医学和体育学领域多年成果,发现高强度训练具有效率高、效果好的神经、肌肉功能储备建设效果,将其和登山界行之有效的抗缺氧训练相结合,应当有较为理想的高海拔工作能力促进效果。
Man loses his work capacity on high altitude mainly because vitro hypoxia from the hypobaric environment, which has inhibited the functions of nerves and muscles, and then negatively affected on memory, cognitive ability, intelligence and motor ability. Nerves' and muscles' endurance against hypoxia can be enhanced by strength and conditioning training, thus maintain a higher level of work capacity in high altitude. By reviewing studies around the world in fields of medicine and sport, high-intensity training (HIT) is found to be an effective and efficient solution for increasing functional reserve both neurally and muscularly. High altitude performance of work ability shall present more time-efficiently and efficacious as required if HIT was combined into the time-proved mountaineering training method.
