ETP基因SNP/TaqIB与耐力训练对动态心功能影响的关联研究

研究目的:研究中国北方汉族人群CETP与耐力训练对动态心功能影响的关联关系。研究方法:采用PCR-RFLP方法测定解放军组CETP基因SNP/TaqIB的分布特征。让解放军士兵组进行18周,每周3次的5000m长跑训练,测定其训练前后左心室结构与功能指标(EDD、ESD、LVM、SV、EF和CO等),探寻训练敏感性与基因多态性的关联关系。实验结果:CETP基因SNP/TaqIB经扩增、酶切后得到B1B1、B1B2和B2B2三种基因型,符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律,具有群体代表性。CETP基因SNP/TaqIB与100W时的每搏量、每搏指数和心输出量有关联。B2B2基因型群体在每搏量方面对耐力训练的敏感性优于其他基因型群体。结论:本研究提示,CETP基因SNP/TaqIB与动态心功能相关联,B2B2基因型人群对动态心功能的影响可能更敏感。
Objective— To explore the association between CETP gene SNP/TaqIB and dynamic left ventricle structure and function of Han population in North China as well as the sensitivity to aerobic endurance training. Methods—To test the association and sensibility of the SNP/TaqIB with aerobic endurance training, One hundred and two healthy men of Han nationality in northern China were recruited to undergo aerobic training program for 18 weeks .The genotype was analyzed by PCR-RFLP, the indexes of structure and function of left ventricle (EDD, ESD, LVM, SV, EF, CO etc.) were measured before and after exercise. Results—The genotype frequencies were as follows: B1B1=36%,B1B2=42%,B2B2=22% and they were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. A significant difference in SV across genotypes was observed at SNP/TaqIB, B2B2 genotype group showed significant difference with other genotype groups in SV. Characteristics of left ventricle structure such as ESD and PWD showed some difference between groups at baseline, as well as △IVSS after training. Conclusions—The result indicated that CETP gene SNP/TaqIB and dynamic left ventricle structure and function responses were related with endurance training sensitivity, B2B2 genotype might contribute to individual differences in endurance training.
