大型体育赛事集成管理中集成度的研究
Study of integration level in integrated management of Large-scale sports event
本文通过资料分析法、逻辑推理法、比较法等方法进行研究，发现集成存在着三种可能,即绩优集成、平庸集成和ST集成,并得出大型体育赛事集成管理中集成度的内涵并分析其线性关系，得出其判定方法：采用交易费用理论结合三种集成可能，确定其集成度，最后结合十一届全运会做了实证分析。利用系统科学等跨学科的理论解决体育赛事管理问题具有划时代的意义。而在大型体育赛事的集成管理中，集成度的研究对未来大型体育赛事集成管理的实施具有实践意义。
his article through data analysis,logical reasoning method, methods such as comparative law studies, discovered that the integration has three kind of possibilities, namely twists the superior integration, the mediocre integration and the ST integration, between the division of labor and the integration has the efficiency boundary, and obtains the large-scale sports event to integrate in the management the integration rate connotation and analyzes its linear relationship, obtains its decision method: Uses the transaction cost theory to unify three kind of integrations to be possible, to determine its integration rate, finally unified 11 national games to make the empirical analysis.
