超声波织物洗涤技术及其多维性能影响因素研究
Research on ultrasonic fabric washing technology and its influencing factors
本文研究了一种超声波织物洗涤技术的应用。首先阐述了超声波洗涤织物的工作机理,并通过实验依此研究分析了超声波换能器的频率、清洗液的气体含量、功率、超声波发生器扫频、清洗液温度等多维因素对织物洗涤性能的影响,最后得出实验结论并指出如何在超声波织物洗涤应用场景下进行洗涤性能优化。
his paperintroduces the application of an ultrasonic fabric washing technique. First of all, the working mechanism of ultrasonic cleaning fabrics was elaborated, and the ultrasonic washing machine\'s cleaning performance was analyzed by analyzing the impact of the frequencies of the ultrasonic transducer, the gas content of the cleaning fluid, the power, the ultrasonic generator frequency sweeping, and the temperature of the cleaning fluid. Finally, This paper draw the experimental conclusion and point out how to optimize the washing performance in the ultrasonic fabric washing application scenario.
