智能医学背景下“医工融合”型一流专业人才培养模式探索—以医学信息工程专业为例*
Exploration on the training mode of first-class professional talents of Medical industry Integration under the background of intelligent medicine -- taking medical information engineering as an example
目的/意义 医学信息工程专业旨在培养“医工融合”复合型技术人才,以应对医疗健康模式的变革,为“健康中国2030”规划为专业发展提供了新机遇。方法/过程 从课程体系、师资队伍、质量保障三方面探讨医学信息工程专业创新培养模式,注重跨学科融合,构建跨学科团队,完善监控体系。结果/结论 该模式将有助于培养更多适应医疗信息领域发展的复合型技术人才,为医疗健康模式变革提供有力支持,并为其他“医工融合”型专业提供借鉴。
Purpose/Significance The major of Medical Information Engineering aims to cultivate medical industry integration composite technical talents to cope with the reform of medical and health mode, and provides new opportunities for professional development in the Healthy China 2030 plan.Method/Process From three aspects of curriculum system, faculty team, and quality assurance, explore the innovative training model for the major of Medical Information Engineering, emphasize cross-disciplinary integration, build interdisciplinary teams, and improve the monitoring system.Result/Conclusion This model will be conducive to cultivating more complex technical talents that adapt to the development of the medical information field, providing strong support for the transformation of medical health models, and serving as a reference for other Medical industry Integration majors.
