泡沫铝形态结构特征分析的数字图像技术及方法

本文主要以图像方面的视角讨论了应用于铝泡结构形态研究的成像技术及相关方法的研究现状。文中首先简要介绍了泡沫铝的形态结构特征参数,然后就现行的,对铝泡图像进行分析的二维及三维两个层次的研究水平来讨论。其中,二维层面上就主要的基于金相横断面的二维定量特征分析作了介绍,而后着重讨论了用于铝泡3D分析的计算机断层成像技术、研究方法及现状。最后对整个基于铝泡数字图像的研究技术方法进行了归纳总结。本文的工作为研究人员提供了利用铝泡数字图像技术方法这一途径研究其结构的基本概况,具有较强的指导意义。
In this paper, from perspective of digital-image, the related imaging technology and analysis method applied to surveying to aluminum foams’ microstructure characteristics are discussed. The study first introduces the main parameters of microstructure feature briefly, then discusses the existed two levels that 2D analysis based on 2D transection and 3D analysis based on volume data. From the view of 2D level, paper mainly talks about quantitative analysis on Metallographic cross, then centers on the XCT technique and exsiting research state applied to the 3D characterization of cellular materials. At the end of this paper some conclusions are made to these different researching methods. The work of this study investigates the general situation on the associated methods of digital-image, which gives researchers a guide to the study of aluminum foam.
