运用文献资料法、网络资料归纳法、比较研究法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法等研究方法,对上海体育学院等5所高等体育院校硕士研究生导师队伍的师生比例、职称、学缘、年龄结构、学科专业分布和学历的状况进行了分析和多层比较，在此基础上提出了体育院校硕士研究生导师队伍建设的整体规划、创新理念以及可持续性等发展对策建议。
hrough using the methods of literature review,network information induction, logic analysis, comparative research and mathematical statistics,this paper studied present situation of master graduate student tutors,analyzes the proportion tutors and student,the title of a technical postage structure,subject distribution,educational and suggestion on it.
