竞技健美操托举与配合动作在成套中艺术价值的研究

he artistic value of competitive calisthenics is the embodiment of aesthetic quantification of its own. Essentially, it's reflected in its originality and creativity. The artistic value of the whole set of actions depends on its aesthetic feature. In terms of the whole set of actions, its highlights lie in the unique and creative lifting and original coordinated action, which sharply reflect its conception and theme, and demonstrate the unique movement style. They are the main contents manifesting the set's artistic value. This paper adopts the research methods of data and documents, video observation, comparison and analysis, and logical reasoning to expounding in theory the concept and nature of lifting and coordinated action in competitive calisthenics, as well as the concept and content of its artistic value. Combining theories with demonstrations, this paper also analyzes the artistic values, which include manifestation, posture complex, physical demonstration,expressiveness, musical decoration and so on, and then brings forwards some suggestions. I hope it can serve as a theoretic guide for emphasizing the lifting and coordinated action in the training and arrangement of competitive calisthenics, and provide a new idea for the development of competitive calisthenics in China.
