Humanistic Olympic Games is an innovation idea having unique value which is put forward by applying the 2008 Olympic Games. After analyzing and studying the background of Humanistic Olympic Games by the angles of sociology, culture science, sport science etc, we think that rich profundity Chinese traditional culture is the culture guarantee of. Holding Humanistic Olympic Games is a basic demand which is needed if we want to hold the 2008 Olympic Games very well, is a desire of continuance development of Olympic, and is also a centrality embodiment of harmonious development of human and society which is incarnated by Olympics.
