Under the background of the 14th five year plan, the development of medical informatization has an important strategic position, which also puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of medical informatization talents. This paper analyzes the important practical significance of strengthening the construction of medical informatization talent training system in Colleges and universities during the 14th Five Year Plan period, expounds the representative problems of medical informatization talent training system in many colleges and universities in China, and puts forward feasible strategies from three aspects: theoretical education system, practical education system and education guarantee system, In order to strengthen the reserve and supply of medical informatization talents in the new era and speed up the development of medical and health informatization.
