“321”层级架构出生缺陷综合防控治理现状及对策研究—以南宁市为例

o analyze and study the current situation and countermeasures of birth defects prevention and control in Nanning City by applying the "321" hierarchical structure of birth defects comprehensive prevention and control governance model. Taking Nanning City as the research body, the birth defects of newborns whose household registration belongs to Nanning City under the jurisdiction of Nanning City are managed and disposed of by implementing the "321" hierarchical structure of birth defects comprehensive prevention and control and management model, with annual statistics as the unit, and comparing the implementation of the "321" hierarchical structure of birth defects with the implementation of the "321" hierarchical structure of birth defects comprehensive prevention and control and management model. We compared the birth defect indicators before and after the implementation of the "321" Hierarchical Structure Comprehensive Birth Defects Prevention, Control and Management Model, and explored the practicality and rationality of its implementation and promotion. After analyzing, after the implementation of the "321" Hierarchical Structure Comprehensive Prevention, Control and Management Model of Birth Defects, the incidence rate of severe fatal and disabling birth defects and birth rate of severe fatal and disabling birth defects of perinatal infants of Nanning City household showed a significant downward trend, and the rate of severe fatal and disabling birth defects intervention rate was clearly improved.The "321" comprehensive prevention, control and management model of birth defects can effectively reduce the incidence of birth defects and provide timely and effective interventions for severe fatal and disabling birth defects.
