本文研究了基于动态矩阵变换技术进行结构动力学环境激励试验的准实时仿真技术。首先对有限元模型进行动态缩聚,然后将部分测量自由度的动响应时间历程数据快速傅立叶变换(FFT)后在频域下应用矩阵变换计算得到缩聚自由度动响应,最后将缩聚自由度动响应数据逆快速傅立叶变换(IFFT)并通过缩聚转换矩阵反变换得到有限元模型全部自由度时间历程动响应,再应用结构动力学仿真软件进行结构振动响应的动画显示。本文以某壳体结构为例进行计算仿真,最后得到了满意的结果,验证了本文技术的可行有效性。

In this paper, follow real-time simulation technology of structural dynamic ambient excitation test is researched, which is based on dynamic matrix transform technology. Firstly, dynamic reduction of the finite element model is done, and then the dynamic response of reduction free-degree under frequency domain is calculated by matrix transform after Fast Fourier Transform is implemented to the dynamic response time history data of part test free-degree, lastly, Inverse Fast Fourier Transform is implemented to the dynamic response data of reduction free-degree and the dynamic response time history data of whole free-degree of the finite element model can be obtained by inverse transform of reduction transform matrix, and the visual simulation of the structural vibration response is completed by the aid of simulation software. Calculation and simulation on a shell structure in this paper is done, and the results are satisfying, the feasibility and effectiveness of the researched technology is demonstrated.
