长沙市岳麓区大学城高校退休教师健身活动现状分析

本文运用文献资料法、现场调查法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法，对长沙市岳麓区大学城高校退休教师健身活动现状进行了调查分析，体会到了退休教师参加健身活动的积极性，同时也从调查中总结出了许多存在的问题。主要问题有：（1）健身人群健身场地设施不足，（2）健身人群锻炼效果不佳，（3）高校退休教师的的身体健康状况不容乐观，（4）对高校退休教师的健身活动的开展、组织、管理有待加强，（5）对终身体育及体育健身活动的作用宣传力度不够，退休教师的体育健身意识不强，（6）体育健身人群缺乏专门的体育指导员，科学的健身方法和手段欠缺等问题。根据对问题的分析与研究，作者就一些问题提出了一些建议,以期能为有关部门提供一些理论参考，以推动长沙市老年人的健身活动的开展。
