100岁超高龄胆囊结石合并胆总管结石行LC+LCBDE1例

Objective To summarize the clinical symptoms of the elderly patients with cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis, and to choose the best diagnosis and treatment method individually. Methods The case data of cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis in a super elderly patient were analyzed deeply, and the detailed medical records, diagnosis process, treatment plan and postoperative recovery of the patient were retrospectively analyzed, and the surgical options were analyzed in combination with the literature. Conclusion The patient recovered after LC+LCBDE and was discharged with T tube 2 days after surgery. Most elderly patients with choledocholithiasis with acute cholangitis have atypical symptoms and are in critical condition. Only early and correct diagnosis and timely surgical treatment can improve the prognosis and alleviate the pain of patients.
