哈尔滨市高层住区冬季日照环境调查
Investigation on Winter Sunshine Environment in Harbin High-rise Residential Area
随着城市建设用地的日趋紧张,高层高密度的开发方式已经成为大城市住区建设的主导,相应的日照问题和矛盾不断凸显。本文从哈尔滨典型高层住宅小区冬季日照环境的调查入手,通过剖析室外场地阴影覆盖、室内居民阳光遮挡、典型楼日照时间情况等问题、细节及具体矛盾症结,总结揭示高层住宅日照遮挡的严重现状及其根源,并基于新的地方日照标准的出台,从完善相关辅助机制、协调多方利益、监督新规范落实等方面提出反思和建议。
s the increasing scarcity of urban construction land, high-rise high-density development mode plays a leading role in metropolitan residential area construction, which highlights the contradiction caused by sunshine problem. This paper aims to conduct an in-depth study on winter sunshine environment by choosing Harbin representative high-rise residential districts. It dissects this problem in detail from three perspectives respectively, outdoor venue shadow, indoor sunshine occlusion and typical residential sunshine duration, which contributes to exposing the severe current situation and diagnosing the root causes of high-rise sunshine occlusion phenomenon. Based on the new sunlight standard, suggestions are put forward in introspection on improvement of related auxiliary mechanism, multi-party balance of interest, and supervision of new standard implementation.??
