采用生物信息学分析方法查找大鼠心肌组织运动抗衰老候选基因在果蝇种属的功能保守基因,为建立果蝇基因敲除系研究运动抗衰老分子机制提供前期基础。方法:在NCBI基因数据库中查找大鼠心肌组织运动抗衰老候选基因编码信息,在大鼠、果蝇种属间采用BLASTP程序进行一级序列正、反比对,检测序列与果蝇种属相似序列于SMART中进一步实现结构预测,结合目前基因现有文献报道,确认大鼠心肌组织运动抗衰老候选基因的果蝇功能保守基因。结果:大鼠基因Grm8、Slc22a2、Slc5a5、Grin1、Prkcz、Gna13、Trpa1、G6pc、Actg2、Serpina3n与果蝇基因mGluRA、Orct2、CG6723、Nmdar1、Atypical protein kinase C、G protein alpha49B、Trpa1、CG15400、Act5c、 Serine protease inhibitor 3功能保守。

Screened in male rats may be related to age-related novel gene,Through the knowledge of bioinformatics to look at the homologous gene in Drosophila. Method: In the NCBI database,To find out the homologous gene of male rats in Drosophila, The first step must make a mparison analysis of protein sequence by the Blast program, and find the similarity of the target sequence in Drosophila Through the Comparison with sequence of rat. the next step is the pediction and analysis about protein structure by SMART, Comparison of gene function in order to confirm the homology genes in Drosophila. Conclusion: The 18 genes in male rats there are 10 genes to find the homology genes in Drosophila. These genes include: Grm8、Slc22a2、Slc5a5、Grin1、Prkcz、Gna13、Trpa1、G6pc、Actg2、Serpina3n。the homologous gene of corresponding in Drosophila:mGluRA、Orct2、CG6723、Nmdar1、Atypical protein kinase C、G protein alpha49B、Trpa1、CG15400、Act5c、Serine protease inhibitor 3。
