Objective In order to further implement the hierarchical medical system and balance the reasonable allocation of medical resources, the paper focuses on regional cooperation, and explores the efficient, convenient and standardized two-way referral service model. Methods In order to realize the interconnection and information sharing between referral business and hospital business, we have integrated Internet plus to build a group two-way referral cloud platform. Conclusion The construction of group two-way referral cloud platform has promoted the standardization and convenience of referral process and improved the satisfaction of doctors and patients. The two-way referral service model based on regional cooperation promotes the integration of medical resources, improves the medical service capacity of medical union and improves the medical experience of referral patients.
