高校女生网球入门使用过渡网球教学的实验研究

本文主要采用问卷法观察法,调查分析普通高校女生网球选项课的教学现状和学生的学习状态,结果显示:高校网球选项课女学生的教学效果和学习状态不容乐观,学习后兴趣呈下降趋势;发现标准网球落地后球速快、球质重、反弹高是阻碍女学生掌握技术动作的主要原因,从而造成了女学生运用技术能力差、学用脱节、学习兴趣下降。运用实验法对女生网球入门采用过渡网球教学进行了实验研究,结果表明,采用过渡网球教学有利于激发学生学习兴趣和更好地掌握网球技术,提高了教学效果。

aking Liao Ning Technical University as a case, the author studies and analyzes the present teaching situation and learning state of elective tennis course for girl students of ordinary universities. The result demonstrates that the teaching effect and learning state don’t make people optimistic. The girl students’ learning interest decrease after they take the course. This paper carries out experimental research in the feasibility of adopting shorts tennis teaching in elementary stage for girl students. The result is that it helps improve students’ learning interest and make the students master tennis technique better by adopting short tennis and transitional ball teaching.
