Evaluation of the use of different cell types as a substrate pool for in vitro kinase reaction
Abstract We evaluated the effect of cell lines used to obtain in vitro substrates on phosphorylation motifs. Three kinases with representative phosphorylation motifs were evaluated in this study. And, we demonstrated that the difference of cell lines did not affect phosphorylation motifs obtained from in vitro kinase reaction.
