烟囱倾倒过程中前冲现象的力学浅析

本文建立了烟囱的几何模型和定向倾倒过程中的力学模型,给出了烟囱倾倒过程中的角加速度、角速度、烟囱基座约束反力、烟囱前冲时的转动角度以及烟囱前冲的距离的计算公式,借助MATLAB的数值运算功能,通过对工程实例的计算,进一步分析和比较了烟囱要维持定轴转动所需要的水平约束反力和地面实际所能提供的最大摩擦力之间的大小关系,并且从计算结果的分析了烟囱发生前冲的力学机理,对烟囱的前冲提出了不同的看法。
In this paper ,the geometrical and mathematical model on demolishing chimney with controlled blasting was built.,and the formula about angle acceleration, angle velocity, the restrain force at the base of chimney, the rotational angle when chimney rush forward and distance the chimney rush forward in the falling process. with the help of MATLAB this paper studied the relationship between the restrain force at the base of chimney which fixed rotation of chimney needs and the friction the earth in fact can provide. By calculate the variables which mentioned above ,this paper analyse the reason why chimney rush forward,and give a different idea about the rush forward of chimney in the falling process.
