基于群体粗数的客户需求权重计算与分析

产品的研发需要充分获取客户需求,计算出客户需求权重来指导企业进行开发与设计。近年来,粗数计算方法逐步参与客户需求权重的计算与分析,面对群体粗数的合成计算,有几何平均值法、比权综合法、均权综合法三种方法。针对汽车客户需求权重的初始打分数据,运用灰色关联分析和数据共识度指标,将三种合成方法与算术平均值法进行对比,结果表明比权综合法在计算综合粗数客户权重时具有较好的优势。
In order to guide enterprises to develop and design products, the product R&D needs to calculate the customer demand weight by customers requirements.Recent years,rough number method has gradually participated in the calculation and analysis of customer requirements weight.There are three kinds of methods to compute the group rough number: the geometric average method, the ratio weights synthesis method and the average weights synthesis method .This paper,on the basis of the initial scoring data of automotive customer requirements weight,contrasts these three kinds of methods and arithmetric average value method, using grey relational analysis and number consensus degree . Results shows that the ratio weights synthesis method has a better advantage in calculating the weight of the integrated rough number of customers.
