高强高性能混凝土蒸汽压致爆机理研究

Study on the vapor pressure spalling mechanism of high strength and high performance concrete

随着高强高性能混凝土的广泛应用,其在火灾(高温)下的爆裂问题也日益引起科学界和工程界的重视,但迄今为止,高强高性能混凝土在火灾(高温)下的爆裂机理尚未研究透彻,从目前的研究成果来看,蒸汽压爆裂理论得到了很多研究者的认可。本文总结了国内外关于蒸汽压致爆理论的研究成果,分析了高温下混凝土受热时内部水分蒸发、湿热传递及耦合模型、蒸汽压场的数值计算和实验室量测以及蒸汽压的影响因素等,意为探究蒸汽压对混凝土爆裂的影响提供参考。

With extensive range of applications, the spalling issue under fire or high temperature has come to the high strength and high performance concrete, which has increasingly drawn the attention of science and engineering fields. But so far, the spalling mechanisms have not yet been thoroughly approached. According to the current researches, vapor pressure spalling mechanism has been accepted gradually. This paper has summarized the research results about vapor pressure theory, analyzed the evaporation process of concrete internal water, moisture and heat transfer and their coupling model, numerical calculation and laboratory measurement of the vapor pressure and the influence factors, which is intended to offer references to explore the effect of vapor pressure on the spalling of HSC/HPC.
