基于GC/MS方法对毒品原植株上罂粟碱分布的研究

目的通过GC-MS分析,系统地分析并建立了罂粟碱在毒品原植株分布的模型。方法 取不同部位的罂粟原植株各100mg,通过5ml0.5%的冰醋酸溶液酸化处理后取上清液。再调整成PH=8.7的碱性环境,加入2ml提取剂(二氯甲烷:异丙醇=3:1),超声30min后离心取下清液,进行GC-MS (EI)分析。结果 通过对毒品原植株不同部位的罂粟碱成分进行分析,发现罂粟碱含量由低到高的顺序是根<茎<叶<花<果实;植物种子中并未检出罂粟碱成分;罂粟幼苗的罂粟碱含量极低,浓缩定容后才能检出。结论 本实验系统地分析了罂粟碱在毒品原植株中含量的分布,填补了国内在毒品原植株中罂粟碱分布研究的空白,给以后遇到类似案件的实验室提供GC-MS方法参考和毒品原值株案件的借鉴。

Objective Analyzed by GC-MS,A model for the distribution of papaverine in the original plant was established. Methods Different parts of the original opium poppy plant 100 mg, The supernatant was obtained by acidizing 5 ml 0.5% glacial acetic acid solution.Adjust to ph = 8.7 alkaline,Add 2 ml of the extract (Chloroform: isopropyl alcohol = 3:1),After 30 min of ultrasound, the liquid was removed by centrifugation,and then analyzed by GC-MS under EI. Results The components of papaverine in different parts of the original drug plant were analyzedIt was found that the order of papaverine content from low to high was root < stem < leaf < flower < frui;Papaverine was not found in plant seeds;Papaverine content in papaverine seedlings was extremely low,Only after concentration and volume determination can it be detected. Conclusions The content and distribution of papaverine in the original plants were analyzed systematically, It filled the blank of the study on the distribution of papaverine in the original drug plants in China, Therefore, It provides the reference of GC-MS method and original value drug strain cases for the laboratories that encounter similar cases in the future.
