微生物对玫瑰痤疮作用机制的研究进展

玫瑰痤疮是一种好发于面中部的慢性炎症性皮肤病。其机制十分复杂,近年来大量研究表明微生物感染与玫瑰痤疮发病有着明显的关系,皮肤微生物包括毛囊蠕形螨、表皮葡萄球菌、Oleronius杆菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌等,肠道微生物包括幽门螺杆菌和小肠细菌等均为与玫瑰痤疮有关的微生物。该文总结了近年来国内外对上述微生物与玫瑰痤疮关系的相关研究,探讨其作用机制,希望能进一步明确微生物对玫瑰痤疮病理生理的影响,为治疗提供更多方向。

Rosacea is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that tends to occur in the middle of the face. Its mechanism is very complex. In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that microbial infection is significantly related to the pathogenesis of rosacea. Demodex follicularis, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Bacillus Oleronius, Cutibacterium acnes, Helicobacter pylori and small intestine bacteria are all microorganisms associated with rosacea. In this paper, we summarized the recent domestic and foreign studies on the relationship between the above microorganisms and rosacea, and discussed the mechanism of action, hoping to further clarify the influence of microorganisms on the pathophysiology of rosacea and provide more directions for treatment.
