定向断裂控制爆破中空孔间距的理论计算和数值模拟

本文对定向断裂控制爆破技术中最适宜的空孔间距进行了研究。首先从理论上分析了爆轰波在岩石介质中的传播规律及空孔附近岩石的应力集中效应,并基于强度理论、爆炸力学和弹性力学的知识讨论了空孔间距与爆破参数的关系,推导出了最适宜的空孔间距。通过一个具体的算例,得到采用预留空孔爆破时两装药孔的间距理论计算值为1056mm,数值模拟值为1140mm,无预留空孔时两炮孔的间距理论计算值为592mm,数值模拟值为680mm,理论结果和数值模拟结果能够较好的吻合。证明预留空孔不仅能够明显提高炸药的能量利用率,还能降低爆破地震效应。
he best empty hole spacing in directional fracture controlled blasting is studied in this paper。It's concluded that blasting stress wave propagation in rockmass and stress concentration of the empty hole in theory first.Then based on theory of the strength,explosion and elastic mechanics , Analysis the relationship between empty hole spacing and the blasting parameters and get the best choice of empty hole spacing in theory. The best charge hole spacing of theoretical analysis and andnumerical simulation are 1056mm and 1140mm when there is a empty hole between two charging holes,but they are 592mm and 680mm when there's no empty holes through actual an example. The numerical simulation results are identical to the theoretical analysis .So laying empty blast hole not only can enhance explosive energy utilization ration obviously,but can reduce the effect of the blasting seism.
