慢性病患者健康信息规避行为影响因素及规避策略的定性系统评价
Qualitative systematic evaluation of influencing factors and avoidance strategies of health information avoidance behavior in patients with chronic diseases
基于定性系统评价方法，纳入Web of Science、PubMed、CNKI、SinoMed和万方医学网五个数据库中2001年1月到2022年1月发表的慢性病患者健康信息规避行为相关研究文献，对慢性病患者在信息活动中信息规避行为的影响因素及规避策略进行系统分析，归纳得出影响因素指标10个，规避策略指标4个。研究显示，受个体、认知、情感、情境4方面因素的影响，部分慢性病患者会采取屏蔽信息源、转移注意力等方式规避健康信息。
Based on qualitative systematic evaluation method, included the literature on health information avoidance behavior of patients with chronic diseases published from January 2001 to January 2022 in Web of Science, PubMed, CNKI, SinoMed and Wanfang Medical Network databases. The influencing factors and avoidance strategies of chronic disease patients information avoidance behavior in information activities were systematically analyzed, and 10 influencing factor indicators and 4 avoidance strategy indicators were summarized. Studies have shown that due to the influence of individual, cognitive, emotional, and situational factors, some patients with chronic diseases will avoid health information by blocking information sources, diverting attention, etc.
