大学生热环境下中等强度运动中的热调节反应和生理变化

Study on Thermoregulatory Responses and Phsiological Changes of Undergraduates during Moderate Exercise in the Heat environment

目的:观察普通大学生在热环境下运动的心率、主观体力感觉、直肠温度的动态变化,以及运动前后体重、出汗率、出汗量、疲劳指数和血尿素的变化情况。方法:18名男性大学生自愿者随机分为高热运动组和对照组,以55%VO2max 分别在38±1℃ 和26±1℃ 环境下(相对湿度皆为73%)进行60min蹬车运动。结果:运动初期,高热组和对照组相比HR、RPE 指标没有明显变化,但随着运动时间延长,高热组HR、RPE指标明显高于对照组;高热组运动后体重变化、出汗率、出汗量、疲劳指数及血尿素明显高于对照组。结论:短时间内热环境对被试相关指标影响不大,但运动时间延长后相关指标差异显著。热环境能导致生理指标非常变化,并对人体产生负面影响。

Objective: The study program observes dynamic changes of heart rate(HR), rating of perceived exertion (RPE), and Rctal Temperature(Tre. )during moderate exercises. Also, Body weight loss, sweat loss rate and sweat loss volume were measured before and after exercise. Methods: 18 male volunteers undergraduate were randomly assign into experiment and control groups. The two groups require to perform 60min cycling exercise in either heat environment(38±1℃) or normal environment(26±1℃) by 55%VO2max intensity and 73% relative humidity. Resulets: There’s no significant difference of HR, RPE between two groups in the initial stages. However, all of that were changed when prolonging exercise time. Markers of experiment which include body-weight loss, sweat loss rate, fatigue index, and blood urea are significant different from the control group. Conclusion: Thers’s little effect on these physiological markers during short-term exercise, but significant differences were observed while prolonging the exercise time. And this changes which abnormality caused by heat enviroment is harmful to human’s health.
