医疗机构自主可控大数据科研平台建设方案初探

Research on the construction scheme of big data research platform for medical institutions based on autonomous and controllable technology

医疗大数据正在从理论和概念逐步走向应用和实践,医疗科研平台为医疗大数据技术的落地提供了重要的辅助支持。但面对日益严峻的网络安全问题和复杂的国际关系,构建自主可控的医疗大数据平台以应对逐渐上升的数据安全风险和供应链风险已成为趋势,尤其在医学科研信息平台领域。本文以多组学数据分析场景为例,从基础硬件设施、基础软件、应用系统三个方面提出医疗机构大数据科研平台国产化建设方案,在保障兼容性支持的同时实现性能最大化,为生物医学数据科研平台的国产化建设经验积累,为国内医院科研机构提供国产化方案参考。

Medical big data is gradually moving from theory to application and practice. The medical research platform provides important support for the implementation of big data technology. However, facing the increasingly serious network security problems and the complex international relations, it has become a trend to build a self-controlled medical big data platform to cope with the rising data security risks and supply chain risks, especially in the field of medical research platform. Taking the multi omics data analysis as an example, we proposes a scheme of domestic construction of medical big data research platform based on autonomous controllable technology from three aspects: infrastructure, basic software and application system, which can guarantee the compatibility support and maximize the performance. This proposal can accumulate experience for the localization construction of biomedical data research platform, and provide reference for research institutions in hospital.
