he relevant standards of multifunctional energy meters are evaluated for practicability, especially for the comparative analysis of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards and relevant domestic standards. Through an in-depth analysis of the standard, this paper attempts to reveal the advantages and disadvantages of the standard in practical application, and discusses how to further improve the standard to better guide the design, production and application of multi-function energy meters.
