真实世界电子病历数据评价研究综述

Based on literature research and content analysis method, this paper systematically sorts out and summarizes the relevant researches and policy standards of data evaluation of real world electronic medical records at home and abroad from four aspects of evaluation subjects, application scenarios, evaluation basis and evaluation methods. The results show that there are still some problems in the current electronic medical record data evaluation research, such as generalization and macroscopicity of existing policies, lack of operability and lack of systematic quantitative index system. Future research directions should include: building a multi-scene evaluation system and paying attention to the evaluation needs of specific scenes; Expand the scope of research, in-depth implementation of macro standards and norms; Explore quantitative evaluation index and establish scientific evaluation index system.
