本文基于杭州市级医院和卫健委两级互不相通的处方点评系统现状，提出基于两级数据平台的全处方闭环管理系统，进一步打通两级管理数据流通，相关监管部门全面掌握临床用药数据，为进一步制定管理决策提供依据
Based on the current situation of the prescription review system of Hangzhou municipal hospital and the Commission of health, this paper proposes a closed-loop management system of full prescription based on two-level data platform, which can further open up the two-level management data circulation, and the relevant regulatory departments can fully grasp the clinical medication data, so as to provide the basis for further making management decisions
