【摘 要】 以虚拟(VR)智能设备为基础,结合远程网络技术、智能传感技术、云技术,设计了包括带体感反馈的虚拟康复训练模块、虚拟康复训练场景自适应模块、运动能力评估模块、云端服务、医患应用端等软硬件相结合的缺血性脑卒中虚拟体感康复训练系统平台。利于局部性脑体功能障碍卒中患者,在居家环境下持续开展虚拟康复训练。同时便于治疗师远程监测与指导管理,数据分析及康复决策制定。具有一定的前瞻性与借鉴价值。

Abstract Based on virtual (VR) intelligent equipment, combined with remote network technology,intelligent sensor technology and cloud technology, a virtual somatosensory rehabilitation training platform for ischemic stroke is designed, which includes a virtual rehabilitation training module with somatosensory feedback, a virtual rehabilitation training scene adaptive module, a motion ability evaluation module, cloud services, medical and patient applications and other software and hardware. It is beneficial for stroke patients with local brain body disfunction to continue virtual rehabilitation training in home environment. At the same time, it is convenient for remote monitoring, guidance and management, data analysis and rehabilitation decision-making of therapists. It has certain forward-looking and reference value.
