溶胶-凝胶自旋镀膜法在不同热解温度下制备Mn1.5Al1.5O4薄膜的光学性能
采用溶胶-凝胶自旋镀膜法在不同热解温度下制备了Mn1.5Al1.5O4薄膜。XRD结果表明,薄膜具有单相尖晶石结构。原子力显微镜(ATM)观察到薄膜表面均匀致密。使用扫描电镜(SEM)分析薄膜断面。通过测量薄膜的透光率,制备的Mn1.5Al1.5O4薄膜的带隙值在2.15 ~ 2.23 eV之间。
he Mn1.5Al1.5O4 films were prepared at different pyrolysis temperatures through the sol-gel spin coating method. It was shown by XRD results that the films possessed a single-phase spinel structure. The uniform and dense surface of the film was observed by atomic force microscope (AFM). Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the Mn1.5Al1.5O4 thin film cross-sections. The bandgap values of the prepared Mn1.5Al1.5O4 films were in the range of 2.15-2.23 eV, determined by measuring the light transmittance of the film.
