水稻内生放线菌OsiSh-2发酵滤液诱导宿主抗病性的研究
内生放线菌能够产生多种次生代谢产物,在促进宿主生长发育、协助宿主抵御生物与非生物胁迫等多方面具有重要作用,因此在生物防治和杀菌剂研发中得到广泛应用。本研究发现,水稻内生放线菌Streptomyces hygroscopicus OsiSh-2的培养发酵滤液(cell-free culture filtrate,CFC)可以显著诱导水稻和本氏烟草产生过敏反应,促进水稻体内H?O?的积累,并且能够上调水稻体内SA和JA/ET免疫信号通路相关基因的表达。此外,OsiSh-2 CFC能够使宿主处于"防御预警"状态,在稻瘟病菌侵染早期,启动H?O?信号传递防御信号至下游,从而激活宿主水稻的免疫系统抗性。最终有效降低了稻瘟病菌的发生率,并显著减少了水稻体内病原菌的生物量。综上,OsiSh-2 CFC能够通过诱导水稻免疫响应提高宿主对稻瘟病菌的抗性。
Endophytic actinomycetes produce diverse secondary metabolites that are crucial in promoting host growth and enhancing resistance to both biotic and abiotic stresses. As a result, they have been widely utilized in biocontrol strategies and the development of antimicrobial agents. In this study, it was found that the cell-free culture filtrate (CFC) of the rice endophytic actinomycete Streptomyces hygroscopicus OsiSh-2 could significantly induce hypersensitive responses in rice and Nicotianabenthamiana, while also promoting the accumulation of H?O? in rice. Moreover, the OsiSh-2 CFC upregulated the expression of immune-related genes in the salicylic acid (SA) and jasmonic acid/ethylene (JA/ET) signaling pathways in rice. Furthermore, it also primed the host into a "defense alert" state, triggering the H?O? signaling cascade at the early stages of Magnaportheoryzae infection, amplifying defense signaling and activating the rice immune system. This resulted in a significant reduction in the disease incidence of rice blast and a decrease in the fungal biomass within rice. Taken together, these findings suggest that the OsiSh-2 CFC enhances rice resistance to M. oryzae by inducing host immune responses.
