装配式建筑EPC项目管理效益测算方法研究
在分包商决策的影响下,为更好地实现项目效益全局最大化,研究装配式建筑项目效益的测算方法显得尤为迫切。本研究将项目效益分为项目质量、成本、进度三个子系统,进而构建了参与方-效益系统耦合模型。案例仿真结果显示,住宅楼A项目的项目效益指数为0.8913,项目建设没有很好地完成项目基本要求。敏感性分析结果显示,设计分包商资质是影响项目效益最为关键的因素,总包商需优先考虑设计分包商的选择。
Under the influence of subcontractor decisions, it is particularly urgent to study the measurement methods of the benefits of prefabricated building projects in order to better achieve the maximization of overall project benefits. This study divides project benefits into three subsystems: project quality, cost, and schedule, and then constructs a coupling model of the participant-benefit system. The simulation results of the case show that the project benefit index of Project A of the residential building is 0.8913, and the project construction has not well met the basic requirements of the project. The sensitivity analysis results show that the qualification of the design unit is the most critical factor affecting project benefits, and the general contractor needs to give priority to the selection of the design subcontractor.
