纤维素合酶(Cellulose Synthase,CesA)在植物细胞壁的生物合成过程中发挥着至关重要的作用,是纤维素生物合成途径中的一种关键酶。纤维素是植物细胞壁的主要成分之一,为植物体提供了稳定的支撑结构。因此,纤维素合酶在植物生长发育和植物防御反应中扮演了重要的角色。C4水稻的开发面临着诸多挑战,其中包括如何优化其细胞壁结构以提高抗逆性和产量,而玉米为典型C4作物,因此纤维素合酶的研究对C4水稻开发有参考意义。目前关于玉米细胞壁CesA基因家族在BS中特异性高表达调控作用研究尚未发现。因此,本文在玉米基因库中共查找到43个CesA基因,对CesA基因家族成员进行构建进化树,制作基因表达热图和string数据库分析等工作,发现CesA基因家族在玉米组织和细胞中均有特异性表达,并且对玉米生长发育有调控作用。对在维管束鞘细胞(BS)高表达基因(GRMZM2G012044)进行miRNA切割,同处于一个miRNA调控网络的玉米基因分别通过影响C4维管束鞘细胞中光反应、信号传导过程和代谢反应过程等共同影响C4光合代谢过程。本文通过CesA基因家族在BS特异性表达的研究,对纤维素合成机制以及C4花环解剖结构提供理论基础。

ellulose Synthase (CesA) plays a vital role in the biosyntheCell-specific expression and regulation of cellulose synthase gene family in maize cell wallsis of plant cell walls and is a key enzyme in the cellulose biosynthesis pathway. Cellulose is one of the main components of plant cell wall and provides stable support structure for plant body. Therefore, cellulose synthase plays an important role in plant growth and development and plant defense response. The development of C4 rice faces many challenges, including how to optimize its cell wall structure to improve stress resistance and yield, and corn is a typical C4 crop, so the study of cellulose synthase is of reference significance for the development of C4 rice. At present, the regulation of specific high expression of CesA gene family in maize cell wall in BS has not been found. Therefore, in this paper, a total of 43 CesA genes were found in the corn gene bank, and the members of the CesA gene family were constructed evolutionary tree, made gene expression heat map and string database analysis. It was found that the CesA gene family was specifically expressed in corn tissues and cells, and had a regulatory effect on the growth and development of corn. miRNA cleavage was performed on the highly expressed gene (GRMZM2G012044) in the vascular bundle sheath cells (BS), and corn genes in a miRNA regulatory network jointly affected the C4 photosynthetic metabolism process by affecting the light response, signal transduction process and metabolic reaction process in the C4 vascular bundle sheath cells, respectively. In this paper, the specific expression of CesA gene family in BS was studied to provide theoretical basis for cellulose synthesis mechanism and the anatomical structure of C4 garland.
